Similar to many other businesses, we are significantly affected by the late cancellation of bookings.
If cancellation occurs, the following charges will be made against your Credit Card:
Within 72 hours of the first night of stay - 100% of the room rate
Guests will incur charges should there be any damaged or missing items in the accommodation units.
