– Activities –

There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay.

Winery tours and wine tasting are probably the most obvious, you could also play golf or outdoor tennis; but if you’re feeling energetic and adventurous, how about a go on a quad bike with Wairarapa Quad Adventures.

If you’re not feeling energetic, a drive to Palliser Bay is well worth the trip. One hours drive from Pinot Villas is the Palliser Lighthouse and in between there is wonderful scenery including farmland, lakes, the Lake Ferry Hotel, a fishing village plus a seal colony. There is also the opportunity to have a “lazy lunch” at a vineyard.

– Restaurants & Cafes –

You are quite literally spoiled for choice when it comes to dining in Martinborough’s Wine Village. Hop across the road to grab a wine from the Wine Centre, or a coffee from the Neighbourhood Cafe.

Dinner options include Tirohana Estate, The Martinborough Hotel, Cool Change, Cafe Medici, Circus, Apache Jacks, The Village Cafe and Siam Kitchen.

If you would like a relaxing lunch at a Martinborough vineyard, there is Bloom Cafe @ Murdoch James, thevineyardcafe @ Margrain and Trio cafe @ Coney Wines, Vynfields and Te Kairanga. Or cycle to Poppies (bikes available at the Wine Centre) to enjoy one of their famous platters.

– Vineyards & Wineries –

Pinot Villas is centrally located in The Square of Martinborough.

You may stroll to most of the vineyards and wineries or you can hire a bike to explore further. We have a wealth of information on most of the establishments available in your villa.

We would be pleased to book a winery tour for you should you wish or just to assist you in any way we can.
